This super-light HDMI to AV converter module is specially designed for aerial photography or field which has speically requirment on device`s total weight, featuring small volume and super light weight, weighs only 4g. It is perfectly working with NEX5; for NEX7, it is a little bit crowd, so not suggest. The HDMI D interface is compatible with most miniHDMI standard interface equipments in the market, can be directly powered by cameras, no need for external power supply; also be capable of directly connecting with graph transmitter, don`t have to connect with HDMI cable. When use this module, the HDMI output mode of the camera must be set to AUTO mode, or there might be mistake occurred.
This module has been pretested before shipped out, wire has been sodered well, any problem caused by customers might not be returned. This module is a straight PCB board, after inserting into the HDMI interface, there is about 2mm space between PCB board and the camera. Those with 2mm above protuberance near the camera HDMI socket would be unable to use this module, such as GH2. There is a lock within the HDMI module, without removing, the HDMI module is unavailable for use. The test of Sony Nex5 Series is fully available, as for others, we still need to test it in the future.
